VANILLA COLD SORE TINCTURE / DIY Recipe
I have been meaning to share a few of my formulas, because there's nothing like getting your witch on and going DIY. So here's my secret recipe for vanquishing cold sores literally overnight and plump up your lips totally botox free:
INGREDIENTS
1 Teaspoon Raw Honey (organic or wildcrafted, unfiltered)
2-3 drops Vanilla extract (highest quality, sugar free, 100% vanilla)
1 drop Propolis tincture (if you have)
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan Crystal Salt
COMPOSITION
Grind it all up with mortar and pestle, until you have a smooth, sticky liquid that drops a little faster than honey but much slower than oil and you can still feel the grainy texture of fine salt. Fill into a dropper bottle.
RITUAL
Shake before use.
Dab onto cold sores frequentky
For a quick plumping lip spa, rub into lips and massage vigourously. It'll taste salty, sweet and ultra delicious.
