SHIPPING + RETURNS

DISPATCH

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.

International orders are shipped on Fridays. Couriers don't pick up in Kangaroo Valley, so we take our international parcels to the drop of location in Sydney once a week. If you need it urgently, please email me to johanna@lepaar.com and I'll move mountains to make it happen.

We'll email tracking once your order has been fulfilled.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is with Australia Post/TNT/DHL/UPS (See 'INTERNATIONAL/USA SHIPPING TERMS' below)

USA SHIPPING

From 26 August 2025, shipping to the USA is with Fedex. (See 'INTERNATIONAL/USA SHIPPING TERMS' below)

INTERNATIONAL/USA SHIPPING TERMS

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all such charges. If a shipment is refused, the purchaser will be liable for any import fees, return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges.

LEPAAR is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via Australia Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage.

Please be aware that these duty charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver and will be collected by your postal/courier service before delivery.

We kindly remind you, that parcels not collected due to unpaid duties or brokerage fees will unfortunately be declared abandoned and destroyed by US Authorities, and orders will not be refunded.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by LEPAAR or Australia Post. LEPAAR is not responsible for an order once it is in the Australia Post system.

RETURNS

We do not refund or exchange after purchase. We do not accept returns. Parcels returned, abandoned or destroyed by local government authorities due to unpaid duties/import charges will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping costs.
