WITHDRAW FR0M CONTRACT

ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS BASED IN THE EU

Please read this carefully.

Effective 19 June 2026, customers based in the EU can withdraw from contract of sale within 14 days of receiving goods. Until 19 June 2026, we do not accept returns and do not refund or exchange goods after purchase.

In accordance with statutory withdrawal rights, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods In the event of a withdrawal. This means, we do not cover the direct cost of returning items to us in the event of cancellation/returns, including shipping cost and import duties.

The customer is solely responsible for returning the item and purchasing return postage labels with added tracking and 'signature on delivery'. Refunds will not be issued for goods damaged or lost in transit or undelivered.

Returned items must be undamaged, unopened, sealed, and in their complete original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for goods that are damaged, opened, unsealed or taken out of their outer packaging.

We do not refund original shipping costs and import duties.

Parcels returned, abandoned or destroyed by local government authorities due to unpaid duties/import charges will not be refunded.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

  1. Please read the above carefully, especially the part about return shipping cost which we will not cover.
  2. Email johanna@lepaar.com with your order number and the word 'WITHDRAWAL' in the subject line.
  3. We'll email you a withdrawal confirmation inc return address.
  4. Return the goods to the address provided in their original, unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging at your cost inc import duties.
  5. Once we have received, inspected the goods and confirmed their as-new + original condition, we will issue your refund ex original shipping cost.
