I prefer to do this at night time, as I can just roll into bed straight after, body still damp with warmth and totally relaxed.

Run your bath and add about 2 tablespoons of Bath Salt if you are new to mineral bathing. Add up to 5 if you're a seasoned pro. Let it infuse and dissolve for 5 minutes before sinking into the water and soak for 15-30 min max in the beginning, working up to one our over the next few months. CAUTION: Minerals have a very strong detox effect, so take care and really don't soak too long in the beginning, or you'll feel dizzy and weakened while your body flushes the toxins.
