Owned by our very good friend Paul Geshos. A bit of a coffee legend in Sydney. This man has been traveling to far flung places sourcing some of the best beans in the world before we new what good coffee was.
Paul's ethos involves a dedication to building beautiful and lasting relationships with the farmers in far corners of the world, and buying directly from them on his visits, often arriving at Sydney airport with his bags full of raw beans, much to the dismay of Australian customs.
We love this man, a great heart who seeks and supports. He has a coffee roastery in Sydney, producing our favourite coffee.
His mentoring of staff is enlivening. This is coffee with love.
